Think twice before you hit the send button

Most people know it's not good email etiquette to forward email without permission. However, it does happen. Here's a fine example of why you don't want to send email without first thinking about how it might look to someone other than the sender: an unsuccessful business transaction generated a nasty post from company that didn't get the sale, and the customer was outraged by the rude reply.
