Watch what I do, not what I say

This week the French Open tennis tournament is going on. As always, there is plenty of good tennis and some drama to be had. In honor of this tournament, I offer you this thought provoking video about the disconnect between what people do and why they think they do it. Malcolm Gladwell, well known author of books like The Tipping Point and Outliers, and sometimes iconoclast, is talking about why focus groups don't work that well, and he uses interviews with the world's best tennis players to help illustrate his point.
