Constructive Criticism of your Boss

This article from the Jamaican Observer makes a persuasive case for why good communication skills at the very top of an organization are really important. The author explains what some of the negative consequences of bad communication might look like, and writes persuasively about the benefits of good communication. However, it doesn't address how you tell your boss that he or she isn't dressed properly, or could benefit from a little instruction in public speaking. Admittedly, this is not a job for the faint hearted.
